however Im not sure if its needed as this version is holding up great so far!

I do primarly fly over grass though, might be a different story on concrete.

I have few questions: does the frame get in the view of the fpv camera? It should mount the foxeer micro too right? 850mah lipos are enough? The best props are t4045 v2? Thank you if you can answer

hello bud, sorry I take so long to reply on here.

It depends what angle and where you are mounting the camera, but mostly no not at all, and I haven't tried the foxeer yet ( hopefully soon ) but they are both 19mm wide so I do think it should fit but cannot confirm that.

and yes, if like you said, you have 6 or so 850s that will be fine of course shorter flights than 1000mah with the t4045 v2s but the lower weight of them batteries also puts less load on the motors you cant go wrong with either size battery imo! and if you have hq and kk4045s then you're all set.

before using the omnibus I was using the clone piko blx from banggood and I was using the boards built in pdb and have had no issues with it and it seems to handle the current without issue, However I have gone through a number of these boards in the past due to the 5v bec burning out very easily, If you do use a piko or clone, only power your receiver from the boards 5v bec and nothing else, your vtx/camera should be powered of a seperate 5v reg or directly from battery etc ( depending on parts/setup you use )

How about 1300mah lipos for this frame, too big/heavy (150/160g)?

It will carry it no problem at all, but the performance will be reduced quite a bit compared to 850mah and as the whole quad is heavier it will put more strain on components and frame in a crash, if you have 1300mah already you may aswell try it anyway

Thanks bud, I've built a proto 4" which is weighing 255g with 1050mah 4s so this build should come in at 5-10g more but worth it for the camera

I just finished my Japalura 4 and it comes in at around 182g without the pack. I'll probably mount my Mobius mini on it, so that should be a fun combo.

yeah that should work great, I tried mine with a heavy old sj4000 cam which weighs like 80 odd grams and it handled it really well! I was looking at the mobius the other day, looks great for its size/weight

It's pretty decent for the weight. The mic leaves a lot to be desired and the lens A is too narrow, so lens B is the way to go.
